These fork clamps are made for Modern Bikes with a 8 1/2" center. Adjustable offsets range from 15 through 40. Each offset insert is design with 2 offset measurements. The clamps will come with one pair of centered offsets and a second pair of offsets. Additional offsets sold separately.

Adjustable Drop-Down Fork Clamps  :   for Honda®,  Suzuki®, Yamaha®, Kawasaki® KTM® etc...
These custom fork clamps are made to accomodate shorter inverted fork tubes (27 1/7" long) for Modern Bikes. Adjustable offsets range from 45 through 70. Each offset insert is design with 2 offset measurements. The clamps will come with one pair of centered offsets and a second pair of offsets. Additional offsets sold separately.

Fork Head Adjustor
Change your rake with these Fork Head Adjustors. By inserting one adjustor in the top of your fork head you can position this for a +0.50 or -0.50 degrees over 30". Add an adjustor in the bottom of your fork head and now you have an adjustment of ~ +1 or -1 degree over the 30". Each Adjustor comes with Adjusting Offset, Race and Bearing.


To order you will need to supply the diameter, thickness and length of your fork head.

Upper & Lower Fork Clamps and Front Axle Center Adapters
The Combo Kit assists in creating better handling of your bike. Designed to work with your bikes standard factory components. The Clamps have a 7 5/8" tube centers with a 68mm offset. The Front Axle Center Adapters relocates the front wheel's axle in line directly with the fork tubes. These adapters are most effective with fork clamps that have a 68mm-75mm offset and works with the factory standard wheels.

Available in both Gold or Silver. There is a bracket available to hold your front disk caliper which is sold separately for $25.00

Shortened Swing Arm  :  
Swing Arm shortener Get better hook-up by getting your rear wheel underneath you -- Shorten your Swing Arm. This process modifies your current swing arm by shortening it in 3 places. We will slot the rear hole forward, cut out the shock mount and move it forward. Overall, you gain ~1 1/2".

You will need to send the link as well as the swing arm. Chain adjusters not included.

Foot Peg Relocation Kit  :  
wide Foot Pegs Original lowered footpeg: Lower right-hand direct extention flat track footrest conversion lowers the right-side foot peg down 2" and forward 1". Available for Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and KTM bikes. The relocation kit includes the linkage for the repositioning, mounting block and rubber foot peg.

NEW 7 degree angle blade & 1 1/2" longer lowered footpeg: We have fabricated a new lowered footpeg that has a blade angle of 7 degrees and also is 1 1/2 inches longer. This peg also comes with the rubber.

Rear Wheels
The rear wheel will arrive completely assembled, laced, and trued-up. Available in 17", 18", or 19" for 32, 36 or 40 hole styles. The rear wheel assembly includes the rim, quick change hub, 25mm sealed bearings (2), sprocket/disk carriers (2), spokes, and knock off nuts. Tire, spacers and axle not included. All components also sold individually.

You can order either a 4" hub or a 5" hub. The use of a 5" wide hub produces a stronger rear rim. The way it works is the wider hub spreads apart the flanges, thus increasing the angle of the spoke to the rim. This combination provides more stability and less flex when riding at an angle. The 5" wide hub uses either 5/8" or 3/4" carriers.
